Kelly Clarkson (American singer/songwriter) is an extremely popular American after winning American Idol's first season. It brought her to fame and earned her a contract with RCA Records 19 Recordings, along with 'S Recordings. Since then, she's recorded many studio albums. Three of them have made it to the US Billboard 200 charts while other albums were just one or two inches way away. She is considered one of most successful American Idol artists. To achieve her success she experimented with different music styles and experimented on topics. Her uniqueness and vocal talent earned her praise from critics, as well as several prestigious award. She has been awarded Grammy Awards three times. Grammy Award 3 times. Music isn't her only occupation. She has also appeared in TV and movies. River Rose and the Magical Lullaby is her children's book. In addition, she was active in charity work as well as different organizations.
